What was the highlight of Italiana Hotels Firenze
Comfortable stay
Room was comfortable and clean, the pool was open but too cold for us in October, breakfast was good. Young man on reception was really helpful with local travel information.
The greeting on arrival was rude and abrupt because there was a small queue, other members of staff were great and helpful though. It’s not too far in a taxi to the centre of Florence but it’s €20-€30 one way so would book closer if visiting again.

What was the highlight of Italiana Hotels Firenze
Decent place to spent a night or two.
Location was good, as both buses for city center (to go and come back) were stopping opposite of the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Had a few options. Beds were nice and soft and bathroom was nice. I could say it was quite spacious.
Didn’t like the fact that it’s quite old. Needs a decent renovation. Also you could see that there is lack of staff. Reception staff was all the time the same people, didn’t happen to me as long as I were in Italy and also while we were there, after 12 reception was closed. Quite poor for a 4 star hotel. Last but not least pool was under functional with result me and my friend staying locked on pool area until finding the Emergency exit.

Very Good
good breakfast. Pool was nice, but the opening hours could be improved, good room size, clean.
staff at reception wasn't too nice nor efficient - the check in took a long time, and when asked for more towels beacuse there was only one set in the bathroom, it took very long to get them.
